This is a collection of basic material concerning issues of translation history, theory, and criticism:

  • studies which create a picture of the historical depth and development of the Modern Greek tradition of translation from other European languages
  • studies which elaborate basic aspects of the enterprise of translation, and which may be utilized for the more well-rounded teaching of literature in translation.
